Kidney Failure can be categorized into Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) and Chronic Renal Failure (CRF). Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) is a clinical syndrome resulting from rapid decline in renal function over a short period of time due to a variety of etiologic factors, and Chronic Renal Failure (CRF) is a common endpoint of a variety of renal diseases that continue to progress to advanced stages. Renal failure can lead to a variety of complications, such as cardiovascular disease and neurological disease. We have established stable multiple models of subacute/chronic renal failure, which are suitable for preclinical studies of drugs for subacute/chronic renal failure and new drug evaluation.
