Parkinson's syndrome is a clinical condition related to motor function, including Parkinson's disease, Parkinson's superimposed syndrome, secondary Parkinson's syndrome, and genetically related disorders, and is predominantly suffered by people over the age of 60. Symptoms of Parkinson's syndrome include tremors, hypokinesia, rigidity, and balance disorders. Accompanying symptoms may include cognitive dysfunction, psychosis, psychological disorders, sleep disorders, and autonomic dysfunction.
We have established a stable hexahydroxydopamine-induced Parkinson's disease model and a 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP)-induced Parkinson's disease model , which are suitable for preclinical Parkinson's disease drug research and new drug evaluation.
